Lace

The Buenos Aires Antiques Market was one of my favorites. It housed the most quality antiques and "junk" that I have found in the markets and antiques shops I have visited. From vintage furniture to old glass bottles and home goods, this market made you imagine a grand and glamorous past.

 It had all the panache of the Paris market without the ridiculously high prices. I quickly found interesting keys, but after several days searching I feared I might not find the lace I try to collect while on my trips. Finally, I could see out of the corner of my eye a shop literally overflowing with antique lace. I had the shop owner pull everything out and I poured over the delicate handmade pieces. I have now transformed the best lace I have found yet into soft and petit pieces.

This Falling Flower is 1 inch wide and 1 1/4 inch long.
