How do I place an order?

To place an order, choose the item you would like to purchase. Choose your quantity. If it is a ring, select a size. Select the type of metal. Sterling silver, gold or rose gold options when available. Choose "Add to Cart".

How can I pay for my order?
Choose the item you wish to purchase by clicking on the image. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or debit card. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock we will notify you immediately.

How will you ship my order?
Orders are shipped via ground service. The ground service is free with your order for U.S. continental shipments only. Additional shipping charges will be incurred for any shipments outside the U.S. Ground shipping can take 5 business days to a week depending on where you live. If the package must be shipped in a faster manner, contact us at Jessica@jlriccillc.com BEFORE placing the order to request faster shipping and we will try to accommodate. The customer is responsible for any shipments that are sent OTHER THAN via fedex ground.

How much will shipping cost?
The ground service is free with your order for U.S. continental shipments only. Additional shipping charges will be incurred for any shipments outside the U.S.

How long will it take to get my order?
I would love to be able to guarantee a next day delivery, but all of the pieces are custom crafted. For this reason, there can be a window of as long as two weeks before the piece is placed in the mail. It also may be the next day. The customer will be notified immediately of a rough time period.

What if I need my order sooner?
Before you place the order, email us and let us know what item you would like, and when you need to receive it. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I see the status of the order that I placed?
We can provide status emails upon request letting you know.

Can I return my order if I don't like it?
You can return your unworn item in original condition and packaging in exchange for another item in the same metal. Items that show signs of wear cannot be exchanged.

How do I return my order?
You can mail your order back to: JLRicci 755 Westminster St. Apt 303, Providence, RI 02903. Include a copy of the receipt (or the original) or a note indicating either your name or your order number. Please include a request for the new item you wish to receive in exchange for the return. We will process your new item for exchange within two weeks. Also, please let us know the reason for your return.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Each item is packaged in a fashionable blue ring case and the information card is included with the purchase.
